The tasks are the work that will be carried out on the assets and the components of their structures.
To create a new record, go to Entities > Tasks > Create where the jobs are detailed, according to the function they perform based on their Type:
- By time/date: for tasks whose feedback requires reporting the execution date and/or the actual time spent on it
- Multiple response: For tasks where feedback includes two or more possible responses. You must specify the task name and the allowed response options. Responses are parameters created from the quick access menu in the Response field or from Settings > Parameters > Create > Parameter type: Response
- Single response: For tasks where feedback includes a predetermined answer. You must specify the task name and the allowed response options. Responses are parameters created from the quick access menu in the Response field or from Settings > Parameters > Create > Parameter type: Response
- By reading: for tasks whose feedback involves active measurements from Operations > Measurements
- By check: for tasks where feedback is provided via a checkmark. The name of the task must be specified.
- By location: for tasks whose feedback involves indicating a location (associated with Google Maps)
